In order to have gorgeous hair and no hair fall one has to follow some basic rules in day to day life.
- Always invest in a good shampoo, depending on your hair type and condition. If the shampoo suits you, do not change the shampoo too frequently.
- Oil your hair before you wash, at least oil for an hour before washing it with shampoo
- Use less amount of shampoo on your hair. Wet your hair properly before shampooing your hair.
- Condition your hair and do not apply the conditioner on your scalp, unless it is advised (some conditioner can be used on scalp as well). So please read the instruction before use.
- Wash your hair with cold water and avoid hot water, as it can take all the moisture from your hair.
- Dry your hair with a towel but do not rub the towel harshly, as it can damage and cause hair fall as well.
- Use a serum on the roots of your hair (1-2 drops only)
- Try to detangle it with your finger and once it is semi dried, comb your hair.
- Also note, you need to use a scarf if riding a bike or exposed to the sun.
- Tie your hair at night before going to bed.
- If you gym regularly, then apply oil before going to the gym as it will help in less hair fall. You can wash your hair daily only if you go to the gym daily. So to avoid hair fall, apply oil and also use a mild shampoo for everyday purpose.
- Occasionally (twice a month) use a hair mask as well for better result.
If you follow all the above steps, you will see a major difference in the quality of your hair.
